Dewi Asmara, S.H., M.H.

Dewi Asmara Oetojo, S.H., M.H,is a law graduate of the University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1987). Prior to joining the firm, she spent 10 years with a large Indonesian holding company and held a senior management post as a Vice Director. She earned extensive experience in corporate matters, among others, the establishment of joint venture companies, corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, real estate transactions, loan syndication, securities, capital market matters and also registered as a capital market legal consultant. She has a license to practice law in courts and registered as a capital market legal consultant. Currently, she is a member of People’s Representative Council of Indonesia (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat) representing Sukabumi, West Java, and therefore does not actively practice law and act as an advisor to our Firm.
