Carol M. Poluan, S.H.

Carol M. Poluan, S.H. is a law graduate of the University of Indonesia, she started working as a Legal staff of PT. Humpuss Holdings for 2 (two) years. Afterword, she joined the law firm Makarim & Tairas, where initially she dealt in corporate matters. After a year she assisted the Managing Partner in setting up the Intellectual Property Department. She dealt mainly in Intellectual Property work until she resigned 4,5 years later for further studies in law at University of London, U.K. When she got back to Indonesia, she helped set up the firm P.T. Rouse & Co. International Indonesia, a foreign firm that deals only with Intellectual Property matters. She was there for 5,5 years and her last position was Assistant Manager/Senior Fee Earner before joining LOU & Mitra and setting up our Intellectual Property Department.
