Camilla Nuridzkia, S.H.

Camilla Nuridzkia, S.H. is a law graduate of Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Business Law. Prior to joining the firm, she spent several years with a major Indonesian Law Firm. She is involved in tax, trade and corporate/commercial work, including tax litigation, investment, and anti-monopoly issues. She has assisted with providing advisory services to clients in those areas. She has also assisted companies in dealing with government authorities on licenses, approvals and notifications. She has also experience in all areas of capital market work including initial public offering, merger, acquisitions, right issue, bonds issuance, and sharia bonds issuance. She is a member of PERADI and therefore can practice law in Indonesian courts. She is also registered as a capital market legal consultant registered in Indonesian Monetary Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan). Currently, she is the Managing Partner of LOU & Mitra Law Firm.
